Nicole Greene is a board certified Acute Care Adult Gerontology Nurse Practitioner with specialized expertise in geriatrics as well as adult and adolescent care.

Nicole Patrone, MD

Dr. Patrone is a board-certified family medicine physician passionate about developing lasting relationships with her patients and serving her community.

Paulette Nielson, RN, BSN

Paulette specializes in IV infusions and works both in a mobile setting and in the clinic, providing hydration and wellness treatments.

Yogesh Patel PA-C (Yogi)

Yogi is passionate about fostering strong patient-provider relationships, ensuring that every individual feels heard, understood, and empowered to take charge of their health.

This is a top notch clinic with excellent providers who truly care and actually listen. I have personally seen Anndrea Boyer, and Andy Caldwell, also trusting them to take care of my precious littles. These providers are the good ones, looking out for their patients and going the extra mile when necessary. Anndrea continues to broaden her education to be able to provide care not otherwise offered in this growing community. I highly recommend both these providers and the clinic they are building.

I’ve been to Valley West Medical and saw Anndrea Boyer, she is amazing!! I have seen her for years and HIGHLY recommend her!! She has been my family doctor for years. Believe me when I say she’s treated me for everything my body has thrown at me. Mentally and physically! The other doctors I passed were very nice and said hello. I’m so happy to have a great doctor in Tooele, I don’t like to drive to the big city. Definitely a 10 if I could rate higher I would!!

I saw Andy and Anndrea when they were at the University of Utah and was sad to see them leave. When they opened up their practice that was closer to my house, I switched my primary care to them. I recently went in and saw Andy, he took great care of me listening to my needs and prescribed me medicine that helped me get better quickly. If anyone is looking for great providers, I would highly recommend going to Valley West.
