Nicole Greene is a board certified Acute Care Adult Gerontology Nurse Practitioner with specialized expertise in geriatrics as well as adult and adolescent care. She models a holistic patient-centered approach and loves helping people make informative decisions regarding their overall health and wellness. She enjoys treating the whole patient and believes that medicine is not a one size fits all. She loves educating her patients on how to manage their chronic conditions, weight loss management/medications, and preventative care.
As a resident of the community for the past 22 years, Nicole actively contributes by volunteering for a youth football board, fostering community engagement and youth development. Outside of work she is the mother of 5 children. she enjoys hiking, camping, and reading, as well as spending quality time with family and friends
Andy specializes in managing hypertension, addressing men’s health needs, pain associated with auto injuries and providing comprehensive diabetes care.
Dr. Patrone is a board-certified family medicine physician passionate about developing lasting relationships with her patients and serving her community.
Anndrea practices preventative, family and integrative health. She believes that patients deserve to be treated as an individual that deserves kindness and compassion.
Paulette specializes in IV infusions and works both in a mobile setting and in the clinic, providing hydration and wellness treatments.
Yogi is passionate about fostering strong patient-provider relationships, ensuring that every individual feels heard, understood, and empowered to take charge of their health.
