Paulette Nielson has been a dedicated nurse since 1995, beginning her career as a CNA and progressing to an LPN in 1997. She later earned her RN and BSN degrees from Utah State University (2017–2019) and Western Governors University (2020–2021). With over 25 years of nursing experience, Paulette is committed to delivering compassionate and personalized care.
In her role as an IV infusion nurse, Paulette works both in a mobile setting and in the clinic, providing hydration and wellness treatments tailored to her clients’ needs. She thrives on building connections through one-on-one visits, offering support and encouragement to help clients feel their best.
When she’s not working, Paulette enjoys spending time with her husband and their five children. She loves playing board games and creating meaningful family memories, which reflect her belief in the importance of connection in both her personal and professional life.
Andy specializes in managing hypertension, addressing men’s health needs, pain associated with auto injuries and providing comprehensive diabetes care.
Anndrea practices preventative, family and integrative health. She believes that patients deserve to be treated as an individual that deserves kindness and compassion.
Dr. Patrone is a board-certified family medicine physician passionate about developing lasting relationships with her patients and serving her community.
Yogi is passionate about fostering strong patient-provider relationships, ensuring that every individual feels heard, understood, and empowered to take charge of their health.
Nicole Greene is a board certified Acute Care Adult Gerontology Nurse Practitioner with specialized expertise in geriatrics as well as adult and adolescent care.
